Your Giving and Our Thanks

Blessings have poured in daily this fall as our community has surrounded Joseph's House with love. From blankets, socks and backpacks purchased from our Amazon wish list, to care packages made by elementary school students, to turkey with all of the trimmings, to financial donations from new friends, we truly thank you. This season we have been overwhelmed with your generosity.

We would be remiss without specifically thanking Sean Closkey and friends, Sensational Host Catering, ECO Charter Schools and students Jessalyn, Shanice and Zionna from Mastery East Camden Middle School.

The community coming together to support our guests is what makes Joseph's House so special. Our guests feel the love and support that is around them made possible by all of you.

This Thanksgiving, we had so many blessings to celebrate. Thank you for all of you do to support Joseph's House.

The Joseph Fund Gala

At the end of October staff, guests and board members from Joseph's House had an opportunity to attend The Joseph Fund Gala located at the National Constitution Center. It was a beautiful affair and guests has the opportunity to have a night on the town and enjoy a delicious meal, lively entertainment and not think of being "homeless" for a few hours.

Volunteer Spotlight

Every other Saturday evening Joseph's House has the honor of have Chef Murph cook for our guests. Chef Murph believes good food makes for better decisions and brings people and culture to the table where problems can be solved. Chef Murph brings his sons to cook to show them the value of volunteering and has been instrumental in getting others involved in the needs of those who are struggling with homelessness and hunger.
