Special Socks

The first grade students of Ms. Stephanie Datiz's class at Leap Academy University Charter School prepared special cupcake socks for the guests here at Joseph's House.

Mrs. Datiz and students from Leap Academy's high school personally delivered the items to the shelter and received a tour of the facility which lead to a lot of engaging dialogue between JH Staff and the Sophomore students.

By the end of the tour the students really learned how important it is that they give back to those in our community who are less fortunate.
